        STARS -Five steps to a positive mental health

        STARS ! 🌟⭐️ What an incredible evening had by all at our gallery event. We have been celebrating our launch of ‘STARS’ -five steps to positive mental health, in partnership with Mind Space Stamford.


        We have all been ‘stars’ this evening, staying active with inspire+, trying something new with Darren from ‘Roots to Foods’ and the mini police have helped us to share acts of kindness.

        Roots to Food 🍽

        Darren from ‘Roots to Food’ has helped us to understand what foods our body needs, and why to be able to stay healthy. We invited our grown-ups to come along and help us with our cooking challenge. We have learnt something new, one of our five steps to a positive mental health, by making ‘Sweet and Sour Meatballs’…. they were delicious!! 

        Being Active 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️

        Inspire + have shared with us various, easy exercises that we can do to help us stay active, happy and healthy. Another of our five steps to positive mental health!

        Mini Police

        Our Mini Police have been busy spreading the word about staying safe on the roads. They are helping us to understand how we can make our school a wonderful environment to be in. The Mini Police are also looking for people to take care of their bears, as it is really important that we look after one another. Come and find us- we are happy to tell you more about our work.

        Mind Space Stamford

        NSPCC 💚

        We have also been supporting Buddy and the NSPCC, our school charity of the year!
